it was loneliness for me
i was drunk feeling lonely
fucked away the pain to feel only
love i wanted to feel loved
instead i felt empty, nothing above
being in each-others’ body
without the connection to your heart & soul
heartless sex because the brain wants control
running away from reality
but the next day
i felt even more lonely
hung-over, back to reality
nothing really changed
except for me knowing
i have to find another way
connected sex is the ultimate
a total surrender to pleasure in the moment
where we see our love reflected
as recognition for our total being
